M/s Environmental Compliance Services is developing and implementing extended producer responsibility(EPR) programs which will run across India with a focus on setting collection infrastructure driving deep engagement with people on recycling and ensuring collection to meet the target of producers of electrical and electronic equipments(EEE)( hereafter called the producers) in contract with unsubscribing two programs of Environmental Compliance Services to fulfill their responsibilities on the management of WEEE( waste electrical and electronic equipment) in India under the e-waste management rules 2016 and it's amendments which may happen from time to time.
PRO Plan includes a combination of following options to facilitate take back and collection of end of life electrical and electronic equipments (EEE) products from our producers, producers’ dealers and end customers of producers.
1. This Scope of work define mechanism of e-waste collection, list of addresses of our collection centers, Our Authorized recycler’s/Dismantlers’ collection center and our Logistic Partner’s warehouse.
2. Collection Schemes like buy-back arrangement, exchange scheme, Deposit Refund Scheme, etc. These schemes run by Environmental Compliance Services for their authorized producers time to time.
3. Environmental Compliance Services offers free and convenient recycling solution for each of our customer segments. Individual consumers, Enterprise Customers, Government & PSU a.k.a. Bulk Consumer.
4. All Recycling/dismantling partner has agreed to provide services (hereafter services) to dismantle/recycle in an environmentally sound manner the electrical and electronic equipments whole or in parts or related accessories and components herein after products or product collected from or provided by Environmental Compliance Services.
5. Environmental Compliance Services provide their customer Recycling Certificate after their product dismantle in our authorized dismantling facility.
